Scope of Services

We provide online and blended sports coaching courses (e.g. L2 Certificate in Coaching Multi-Skills) and related educational sports products. Products and services are subject to availability and may vary by region.

Eligibility

Users must be at least 13 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
International users must comply with local age restrictions (e.g.13 in the US per COPPA).
Courses are open to global participants, subject to local laws and accreditation recognition.

Enrolment and Payment

Enrolment requires completing our online form and agreeing to these Terms.
Payments are processed via secure third-party providers (e.g., Wix). All fees are in GBP unless specified, and currency conversion fees may apply for international users.
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, or local equivalents (e.g., EU Consumer Rights Directive), provided no significant course access has occurred.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, trademarks, and content on www.sportsmartsedu.com are owned by Sport Smarts Education Ltd or licensed to us.
You may use materials solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.

User Conduct

You must use services lawfully and not interfere with their operation.
Misrepresentation (e.g., false qualifications) or misuse (e.g., sharing login credentials) may result in termination.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment, with notice where practicable.
You may cancel your account with 30 days' notice, subject to completion of active courses.

Liability

We provide services with reasonable care but are not liable for indirect losses (e.g., lost profits) or issues beyond our control (e.g., internet outages).
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service, in line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and equivalent laws (e.g., EU Directive 2019/770 on digital content).
International users are subject to local consumer protection laws where applicable.

Data Protection

Your data is processed per our Privacy Policy, compliant with UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and international standards (e.g., CCPA for California residents).
